Hey! I just wanted to tell you that ghost events happen in the room you are in, even if its not the ghostroom. I saw you were confused when there was a ghost event in the piano room without it being the ghostroom. I hope this helped! Have a great day.

I prefer to get evidence and solve it without a hunt. But it can be almost easier to figure out the ghost from a hunt than it can be to get evidence. I just feel like the hunt is a punishment for not being efficient. I also avoid Nightmare+ modes for this reason. When you stop trying to get evidence and rely on blinks and basic walking patterns(steps) then it really takes the purpose out of investigating. You end up just circling the ghost trying to watch for specific details which can be fun, but almost too easy since every ghost has unique patterns that are easy to identify.
