Tips for DarkOb when the ghost is hunting:if the light flickers that means the ghost is hunting find a hiding spot like the basement the closet do not hide behind the door the ghost will kill you instantly like a locker in the garage that is a safe spot.
I believe the whispers have to happen 3 times for banshee
