Have you ever heard of this Indiegogo campaign for Boxtown ? It's this adult animated web series about a mediocre detective, and a true crime-obsessed little boy, who team up to solve mysteries. It's being created by Charlie Gavin (who worked in the animation industry). With all the stuff happening with WBD and Netflix, he, and a group of animators, are coming together to form an independent studio called "Bandit Mill Collective", where people are paid and treated fairly, and they own the rights to their own shows.
If not, then you should check it out.
