The diffculty choosing doesnt increase difficulty, it just removes the timer from when they can attack, meaning professional means they can attack once your sanity hits low enough and its worth the payout, but youll probably never see the comments

You get points/money for taking photos of the fingerprints, the ghost, the voodoo dolls, the Ouija boards, footsteps in the salt and the book once written in by the ghost. You can pick up the Ouija board as well as ask the ghost questions and get answers when he/she is aggravated. Try standing outside at the front door and using the spirit box to ask the ghost questions and remain relatively safe while doing so.

Don't play the new map get familiar with the newer mechanics on the older maps also the best way to grind for money is to plan the smallest map other than the new one on professional and only get the necessary equipment that you need to discover which type of ghost it is don't bring anything extra that way if you die you don't really lose too much also VR is kind of cheating in some scenarios because of their will "powers" that they possess
Why you have two books the last time I checked to kind of sort of only need one and you can pick them up and they can also write in your hand which is I think a bug
Infrared motion sensor is kind of sort of the same thing as the regular motion sensor but I think the only difference is that it one can detect both and the other can only detect one I think that's the only difference
Also one's like thing that might help professional gives you more money but you have to turn on the power to have the thermometer be effective
This is the last one I do believe that the Spirit box only works in the ghost room so yeah that's how I think it works
Okay maybe I lied but seriously if a ghost goes into a room that does not mean that it's off limits from you hiding in it because now they can wander everywhere but what makes you think that you cannot hide in there because it opened up a door I've seen people hide in the ghost room before

You have to be in the ghosts room with the lights off for the spirit box to work. Otherwise it will not work. Also don't talk while the ghost is hunting because that will make him go to you.
You had to ask a million questions because you were not alone when you asked them. He only responds to people alone.
