In Saints Row 2022 there are 2 takedowns that is a reference to John Wick, one is where player jump tackles an enemy then shooting him/her in the head at point blank (JW 2 Museum) and another is where player hits the neck of the enemy with the gun but reloads before shooting (JW1 Club)

5:14 I think M. Smith could be a reference to Morty from Rick and Morty but not 100% sure S. Connor possibly has something to do with Sarah Connor from Terminator

In Mafia 2 there are the playboy magazines that are collectable, in the 2nd or 3rd chapter, you are sent to meet Derrick for a job. In the cut scene that plays when you get in his office, his bodyguard is also reading a playboy magazine.
3:14 seems to be more of a homage to Star Wars: The Clone Wars where Ahsoka put up a grave for the clone's that died after order 66 on the ship. At least that's the first thing that popped into my head when I saw it.

don't know if you've done it yet but in rdr online (don't know about story mode) near emerald ranch you can find a house with grass on top of it if you go in the house you can find a ring this is a reference to the lord of the rings and the hobbit
In the phasmophobia lobby, there's a uv flashlight on the floor behind the counter that reveals writing all over the walls, including telling you not to look in the door, the spot you need to stand in order for the sheets to rush you, and the "reason" they rush you as well

3:13 I was getting excited because I was thinking jetforce Gemini was the reference. Due to the ant heads and green blood surrounding it. And if I remember correctly when you killed the ant species in the game only the head remains.
With the magic circle in Phasmaphobia the runes actually say something in english, though I didnt really get a good look at it, made out the word "become" though

The ant parts are actually a part of the story, One scientist separated from the others became a little looney and started making examples of his opponents to better his sense of control over the situation. If you look around the room opposite the ant parts you will find a log and maybe some cave writing on the matter.
