Last night we had a ghost that REFUSED to reply to the spirit box for the ENTIRE 30 minutes we were there. We had the lights off, was alone, etc. We finally just decided to check salt for footsteps, and what do you know, it was a wraith! Headed out of there SO FAST after that lol

If this helps anyone, if you leave the spirit box on in the ghost room it – much like dots – will automatically generate a response after [x] minutes. That's how to get evidence of it while the mics aren't working in the game lmao

I love the spirit box! My group tries it. Gets mad and throws it at me. And tells me to talk to it. I get teased as the ghost whisperer because they like to talk back or answer. I think it's because I don't insult my ghosts like the rest of my group lol

well not quite 20k before new years but close enough
so there is a bug(?) where the spirit box just won't respond at all to your voice. Don't know if this works for anyone else, but if you have two monitors, you can alt+tab out of the game to the other monitor with phasmo still up, just click back in the game and it should be working again
I just can't use it cause I alt tab alot.
i am the person that is forced to do the spirit box in my friend group i don't alt f4 but its annoying being the only one that does it

I'm the quiet one usually when we do go in. I do the emf, and hunt for the cursed item and bone to take the pictures. While the others walk around doing the video camera and spirit box. Though it cracks me up when 2 of them grab the spirit box and walk upstairs and one downstairs asking the same questions in unison then cracking up and laughing at each other as they go, completely not listening to the spirit box lol.
