One more lesson I learned while lighting the summoning circle during a hunt. Standing in the circle… not a good idea. I don’t know why it didn’t occur to me before that standing there might be bad, but after the fact, I realized that I should have had David move out of the circle. But hey, now we know. And knowing is half the battle?
So… Smudge first.
