im not entirely sure how the game works in single player but i played with my sister and she thought it was a phantom because she didnt get a visible photo of the ghost but i did and she was the one who took the picture. It turned out it wasn't a phantom maybe was just a glitch? idk but i am skeptical of photos like that now

i hit that one in a million chance where i had narrowed it down to the ghost being a banshee and even got the banshee scream, then left and found out it was a mimic

Hi Insym! I have been wondering about this for a while; when you're playing on Edgefield Street house and you get hunted and proceed to the upstairs bedroom with the bathroom door you hide behind, are you holding left click on the door or are you not touching anything at all? And if you are holding down left click on a door while you are behind it, does this door still count as LOS from the ghost? I have been using this spot, but one of the times I used it, I still died despite using push to talk. Hopefully you see this or someone else in the comments has a solid answer, thank you!

Okay, thank you once again for all your hard work helping us lower level/skill players play this game, but I just gotta ask since I haven't played in about three new ghosties, what is the best way to tell between a ghost hunt and a ghost event? Because every time I hear them start to manifest I freak out and run but it almost always turns out to be an event, and when one of my 'thrown in the haste of panicking and trying not to die' items is my camera and I could have taken a photo but ran like a little chicken because I was certain I was about to die, I too die a little inside and clearly need some advice.

39:46 Meanwhile I recently had a Nightmare game where I ended up with the Polter/Phantom/Mimic combo of evidence, couldn't see orbs, got a ghost photo and the ghost didn't disappear, and this mf did a polter-splosion which made me FOR SURE think it was a poltergeist… it was a fkin mimic anyway
These speed runs are fun to watch! However, it would be even cooler for you to do some of those chill runs before 10K!
