  1. The TV remote control is very smart, I didn't think of it. I'll use that trick everyday now! 😀
    I knew everything else.
There's the twin evidence in the truck (with the activity chart) which you didn't give as a tip but is quite interesting as well.
And how to check if you are cursed by a Moroi.

  2. Did they change #28 because I was under the impression that of the 3 types of ghosts that can come to the player (whether wandering or TPing) I thought the banshee was the only one that gave no indication of doing so.

Edit to clarify: I thought it didn't give off any EMF readings when it came to its target, I know it can still interact with the environment, etc.

  3. Finally! I waited for a 'useful stuff' video since the Apocalypse update. Thank you.

Also, since candles only block sanity drain when held in hand, it is smart to hold a candle and throw your active spirit box on the ground to interrogate the ghost.

  4. the tip about light from level lightsources stopping the sanitydrain. is it only tanglewood and the other samey looking buildings?
in every other map i always get sanity drained right under the lightbulb. tested this with a friend. we heared so much that light stop sanity drain, we just can not believe it in some maps from our own experiences. we have trustissues with all lightsources except the tanglewood alikes

  5. Question to tip 20. You said sanity drain was doubled on multiplayer, but for small maps you showed 7.2% and 14.2% on the overview. Is that a mistake, or does the rule not exactly apply to that case?

  6. If you're not afraid of the dark and know the map roughly, you can throw the flashlight on the ground so that it illuminates a hiding spot. So you can easily hide even if the breaker should go out before a hunt.

  7. First, if on professional or higher, while searching for ghost room, keep a mental note of the available hiding spots. You DON'T want to run to a spot during a hunt only to find out it's blocked. I learned that one the hard way and died. 😉

  8. Nice Video 😀
I wanna add two tips maybe someone finds it helpful:
    1. If you're trying to get used to looping the ghost instead of hiding, then always leave your flashlight ON or keep talking while using a spot where you can see the ghost but it doesn't see you (Tanglewood kitchen is great). This will make the ghost movement much more predictable while not speeding it up. The ghost can now only double back when it's the furthest away from you giving you more time to react

    2. Some niche knowledge in addition to Tip #33: sometimes you can Prove the Poltergeist without moving any items afterwards. The Poltergeist ability will give EMF 2 at the position where the ghost is standing when doing the multithrow, which sometimes will be like 1-2 meters away from where the item were.
This is especially useful and observable in locations with no items in the middle of the room but some to the sides. E.g. when the ghost is in the Bleasdale Foyer it can empty the table in the livingroom giving you EMF 2 near the grandfather clock. Just make sure it didn't interact with the clock or breaker behind it. I used this only a few time in the same amount of playtime, but everything is useful sometimes 😀

  9. I've been using the paramic timer for a while now. You can even use it to calculate sanity loss at the beginning of an investigation – very useful if you end up getting a ghost that can hunt earlier than 50% sanity and I have solved a few zero evidence cases with just the paramic timer alone!

  10. Question: on big maps there are often rooms with dark spots when you turn on the lights there (big hallway on Prison, corridors on High School etc.). Are these rooms considered completely lit and do they prevent sanity drain even if you standing in dark spots?

  11. Regarding the EMF 2 that you get on top of yourself from the Banshee or Phantom, is that when it starts wandering towards us or when it has reached us?
Another question, doesn't Wraith also give EMF 2 when it teleports on top of you?

  12. Did you know that when you light the summoning circle, you can take another interaction photo of the circle (like the cursed possession photo), besides the cursed possession itself and the ghost photo? That would be a good think for such a video, but almost noone knows that 😂

  13. So candles on the floor really do not stop sanity drain? Did they change that? I thought that would stop sainity drain just like holding a candle does.. Learned something new 🙂 Great video… gonna link this to my friends 👍 (oh wait… I don't have any 🤪)
