We were set to guess on the ghost but my teammate decided to go in and get it to hunt. So can you tell just by looking what this ghost is?
You might notice it tossing stuff around. For some, that might make you think poltergeist but it’s not a polty. Instead, look at how frequently it blinks. This one is more visible than most ghosts which is probably why it did soo many ghost events. It’s an oni.

Im getting worse and worse at this game. I couldn’t figure it out and thought it might be a polty. But for real it is a mimic. Mimicking as if someone entered the campsite.

Didnt get this one either, blinks looked normal but apparently not.
Was thinking Obake when the light changed entering the tent i mistook it for a shapeshift. Watched it back three or four times and still thought that.
Messed up a few easy ghosts recently, Myling, Jinn, Raiju, Shade, Hauntu and Goryo. Goyro fair enoigh zero evidence thi spending 30mins and it hunted from the same location I somehow convinced myself it was Yokai.
Hauntu watched it charge at me like a steam train, clicked to smudge and it somehow still got me
Myling I listend to it hunt and I swear I could hear it well before the light flickered
A Jinn I somehow mistook for a Raiju as I thought it maintained speed when looping it
A Shade I mistook for a phantom from using a summoning circle
A Raiju I mistook for a Yokai cause I couldnt seem to attract it from the front of the cabin in Maple Lodge down towards the tents.
Been a few others like Mare, Yurei, Onryo (zero evidence and sanity) Ove convinced myself are mylings. I swear sound is bugged in this game
