The door desync issue is one of the biggest problems with the game Phasmophobia. This isn’t the first time it’s happened to me, but it is the first time I got a good recording of it. The door has clearly been shut (though you don’t hear the familiar ‘click’), though the ghost still sees it as being open. As far as I can tell, the problem usually arises when your teammate has touched the door (if they are the host) prior to you touching it. This is one very good reason why I generally hide in my own closet.
I love this game, but this issue needs to be fixed.
