EXPLAINER
Phasmophobia is a game where players are tasked with deciphering what type of ghost is hunting the building. There are seven unique pieces of evidence to help decipher what kind of ghost you are hunting. These being, D.O.T.S Projector, E.M.F 5, Ghost Orbs, Freezing Temps, Ghost Writing, Spirit Box, and U.V. Certain ghosts also have their own special traits which can be used to figure out the ghost even easier, but as you can see, we still have no idea what’s going on.

There are also special items that can be used to help your hunt, and give bonuses. There are also items that can delay a players untimely death.

While you are hunting down the ghost it is also trying to kill you via the Hunt mechanic. Essentially, when a hunt is about to start the front door shuts and you pretty much have one option… RUN.
