When the ghost starts a hunt, your flashlight will flicker. It picks up on electronic equipment so make sure to turn off all your stuff when it hunts. It is also best to find the ghost room before you begin cussing it out lol. Monitor your sanity on the screens in the trailer to make sure the ghost is not able to kill you. Sanity pills restore about 40% of your sanity. Also, if you stay in the light your sanity won't drop. However, this will make the ghost prioritize you as a victim.
