I Broke the Curse of This Map – Phasmophobia



Welcome back to Phasmophobia! This time we do a super difficult Challenge on a large map! I have tried to do this several times before but every time I did it, it went TERRIBLE.   1. I came here to say that i watch your content for some time, yet never played phasmo before , and you encourage me to try so today was my first day playing it. After quick tutorial i went into the solo game on tanglewood, got a Shade and tarrot cards. Guess which one i drawn as my first ever… -_- W.e, love your vids, funny game tho.

I love this randomizer more than any of your other challenges but..for the sake of video watchability can you start with the better flashlight especially on a dark map like Maple like you did a while ago? Getting the strong flashlight is like getting a sound sensor. Anyway thanks again for your hard work I sent you a 6 month sub but I mainly watch you here I just wanted to give you some extra for being a good creator and just a swell guy. 🖤

  3. I think the balcony hiding spot is glitched or something because every single time my partner & I try to use the balcony, we have died. There was a brief moment where the ghost idled for a bit while we ran & so we figured that spot would work (together & one or the other there) yet SOMEHOW even when we did not hear it up the stairs at all & heard it below us, it inevitably killed us from downstairs? Very strange, sucked a lot considering we've been running into bad games for a bit now.

  4. I feel like they should add these fun challenges into the game as game modes. It would be a really fun way to change up the game and you could earn an increased amount of money depending on the difficulty of the new game mode.

  5. So insym, it may be a problem with my Mic or something but whenever i try to use the Board, it wont hear my voice is there something special i have to do to use it? Liek i put the planchet down but whenever i try to talk to it it doesnt do anything and i cant say goodbye, because it doesnt hear me

  6. I think they should add a ghost with an ability to fake a hunt and do a ghost event but close the front door to make it look like it’s hunting and if it does it it drops your sanity immensely

  7. for the missing cabin boner, I'd bet money it was the fibula model – that one long, thin leg bone that's bloodier than most of the other bones. when its lying the right way it blends in seamlessly with the hardwood, total camo-boner. my team and i had a fibula at the base of the stairs and even once we found it and knew where it was, it was basically invisible lol. pretty sure we only found it by chance from a flashlight shadow in the dark, showed it to my teammate and it still took her a second of staring directly at it to see it lmao

  8. Is it possible the Shade is doing silent interactions or is this all ghosts? I'd be curious to stand around in a room taking photos while "nothing" is happening during a Shade game

  9. Are Shades supposed to never do a ghost event in physical form, or is it just supposed to be very rare?

    I had a Shade that did a ghost event in its physical form yesterday, and was wondering if it is intended or if it should be bug reported

  10. hey Insym i dont know if u read the comments all the time, but if u see this one i may have a theory of what is causing the majority of the numbers you see on the "interaction" counter. So my theory is when ever a ghost hunts its opening up doors and closets in order to find the player right? Each door or closet the ghost would open to try to find the player would techincally count as an interaction. (Hence why fingerprint ghosts leave fingerprints on doors and closets during hunts) Now i cant say that this theory is the main reason why the interaction counter is so high, but i think it would be a good chunk of the numbers that show up on the counter due to what's happening during a hunt. (the number can become bigger or smaller based on the number of hunts and how many doors or closets are in the map, but i think u get the idea)
    My only other theory for this rediculous number being so high for a Shade, is that the counter is also counting ghost activity that you arent present for. (for example if you put a video camera in the ghost's room, like the master bedroom in Tanglewood, when u watch the video feed in the truck u will see that the ghost is still knocking stuff off the desks and dressers or opening doors etc.) The only thing that doesnt happen when the player is outside of the house are ghost events. All other normal actions the ghost does like touching windows or throwing an item each count as an interaction because the game keeps track of the ghosts activity. While the player the player can miss them. I hope that this clears up some stuff about the interaction counter being so unbelievable sometimes.

    I always watch your Insym videos and I like them, thanks to you I know some things that I learned only a few times. For example: I'll just say that Kinetic Games has a problem with some bushes on the Maple Lodge map
