Hope u get well soon 🙏 and as u know I'm deaf, I'm very excited about Tier 3 EMF because that will help me and other deaf/HoH players a lot, especially with the direction arrow when ghost is interacting with something, this is definitely one of my top priority to level up and purchase, I am guessing Spirit Box Tier 3 will be the same priority, and Paramic too 😀 they all can be my ears.

  2. What's funny about this upgrade system , which is used in most games, is that it is backwards for a game like this. For most games the enemies get harder as you go so you need to get upgrades as you progress. For a game like Phasmo the lower players, which need all the help they can get, should have the best/easiest-to-use equipment at the start. As a player gets more skilled at the game they should be using crappier, more difficult equipment so the gameplay remains challenging.

  3. The vast amount of variety the weekly challenges will have with all these tiered equipment is going to be very interesting. I wonder if you will have settings for limiting certain tiers for bonus towards contract too.

  4. Do you think that in Phasmophobia that they should make EMF Meters more realistic? What I mean is that it will always show the 1st level always, but for example: EMF Readers will go to 3 ok, but it will flash just 3 with 50% Brightness, and if it is 5 It will start spiking where it will fir a ANOTHER example for emf 5: It will like like flash emf 5 and then yelliw then orange and in something like that.

  5. Both new emf tiers look very promising. The tier 3 one is actually insane, I will definitely spend about 15 minutes the first time I'm gonna get my hands on it just being in awe that such a thing is actually in the game, and all the info it provides as well. Also love the analog meter: simple, quiet(not like the current emf sound that's super irritating ngl) and sick looking. As for the money topic I currently have around 120k and if I lose some it's probably like once every 10 games, so them making everything cost plenty of money and wiping all your stuff every prestige definitely sounds refreshing and exciting to me. There are still plenty of items left in the game that we have to wait and see the tiers for, like the smudge stick and pills. Definitely going to have a blast playing phasmo after exams

    Edit: the part where they've mentioned that considering upgrades are expensive money wise there will be more incentive to complete optional objectives. Right now I have 0 (zero) interest and need in completing optionals because they only give you more money, and I already got so much I simply can't lose all of it quickly. Like that's a cardinal change to the gameplay, because many players right now don't go for perfect runs either because optional objectives they get are either too hard for them or just annoying like take a photo of a ghost when it's shade etc. Optional objectives undoubtedly make the game harder and I personally love it. Also really grateful for your videos psycho as you're keeping us up to date and keeping it short and informative, and giving a place to share opinions 🙂

  6. i like this but i think the lower money reward like the present one is better.
    they should also rework nightmare to insanity with a player collision so we people wont hide on the same small spot like in real life. its funny and i like it.

  7. I personally think that this upgrade system within tools is unnecessary. Making players work towards something is great.
    But in my opinion that should be maps, a nice base or cosmetics. Simplicity of the tools is actually one of the strong points of phasmo in my opinion.
    I don't think they're heading the right direction with this, past updates were often underwhelming too and sometimes made the game less scary.
    More interesting ghost events, more interesting new scary mechanics like the hallucinations they promised us and new maps should be the focus.

  9. I hope the tier 3 emf doesn't end up breaking the game or making things too easy or any of the other new items messing the game up. They usually know what they are doing so we shall see. I am still really pumped for the update.
