Also when you said they are probably going to reset all of our levels back to zero I hope you were talking about the prestige thing and not something else.
I just don't want to lose all my lvls and cash that I grinded for.
If you look at their roadmap, it says they’re adding a ton of new equipment, a leveling system to your equipment such as your flashlight level 1-4 for example. So when they say antidote, they might actually be adding an antidote if they said we are getting new equipment.
They’re also adding more ghost events and making the game “scarier”. Hopefully lol.
The new ghost looks like its either a Mononoke or a Moroi. The mononoke was known for placing disease-like curses on people and the Moroi was a ghost that comes out of Graves to drain the life from the living. Not sure what the second one could be though.
Did a little bit of research (and thinking) the 23rd ghost could be a Deity, which is a god like figure or being, tried to find other creatures that start with a "De" but couldn't find much that could fit how long the name is besides that one

hopefully they fix the game before they add anything else to it. i crash almost every single game on VR, I want to play so bad though because this game is so great
