No Evidence Challenge VS LVL 99999 Ghost – Phasmophobia

Welcome back to Phasmophobia! In this video we do a No Evidence MARATHON! No Evidence is my favorite challenge in the game. It’s really puts all your skills to the test and it feels so satisfying to correctly identify ghosts this way! It’s also super educational to watch! So I really hope you enjoy and maybe learn something new!

  1. Obake and Goryo should be changed for sure. They are definitely the most frustrating to figure out in little-evidence runs. An obake, being a shapeshifter, should have a visual appearance change between hunts. Maybe it changes the weapon it's holding, or the clothes it's wearing? I think Goryo should only be able to hunt from it's ghost room, and should not be able to change it's ghost room. Sure, for experienced players this makes guessing these ghosts a lot easier. It's a game right, not supposed to be frustrating.

  3. They really HAVE to start adding fail-safes to some of these ghost abilities to make games less of crapshoots. 40 minutes with 0 abilities is absolutely inexcusable. An average game is much shorter than 40 minutes, and there are ghosts that you can find out in a matter of seconds through a single hunt.

The banshee, yurei, and mare need to have their abilities forced after a certain amount of time, and the goryo and obake just need reworked. Make the goryo have a hidden ability that can give it away like making it invisible during certain ghost events rarely since it is shy. The obake should have its unique fingerprints stay but also give it unique footprints so that no evidence runs are possible. Maybe give it an additional hidden ability where it can temporarily change ghost models for a ghost event.

  4. There definitely should be a fail-safe implemented where it guarantees the use of a ghost ability at the 10 minute mark or so. Situations like those at the end of the video kill the vibe of Phasmo entirely for me.

  5. I feel quite sad hearing Insym said obake is the most boring ghost in phasmo. What makes me more sad is he is correct. Here’s a suggestion to make meeting an obake fun:

Obake is a Japanese ghost, which in the Jap ver. of phasmo it’s called the お化け狐(the haunted fox). It is famous for transforming into different things (usually human)to tease people, or to harm them. However, it is often to see younger obakes failing to hide its tail/ear/claws i.e. not very good with the transformation skill. (the tail/ear/claws can either be seen clearly or people can see them on the obake’s shadow) So people can run away from them.

To put it into game play, I’d say whenever it hunts or does a ghost event, it will have 30% chance, or even higher, to have a tail attached to its back. Or they can have 2 different kind of physical form whenever it appears because it is bad at hiding itself it forgot which form it chose to appear.
I hope this plus the finger prints ability will make it a lot more interesting to meet an obake.

  6. We did a successful No Evidence run with a friend of mine not too long ago. The ghost was in the bathroom in Tanglewood. We made it to hunt us to rule out almost everything. Did a Smudge countdown to see if it's a Spirit. Did a Wraith test, Yokai test, Myling test. Everything test basically. We used every motion sensors, sound sensors, cameras to track it's movement. We also threw every item we could find in the room, so we can rule out Poltergeist. Finally it was down to the damn Obake and Goryo… Probably the worst possible combination in No Evidence.
According the sensors and the camera it roamed to the foyer, then to the kitchen, then back to the foyer, then back to the main bathroom. It changed rooms like crazy. It dodged Crucifixes like I dodge responsibilities.
It was a damn Goryo. We basically guessed it. It took us around 45 minutes. 45 painful minutes.
So yeah, the Goryo "not roaming so much" is basically bullshit. If it exists, it is barely noticeable.

  7. obake has a wierd hidden ability it gives an empty emf2 and some kind of roaming. happened to me twice in no evidence. also obake seems to have an additional delay on speeding up, making it a bit slower.

  8. Sometimes the ghost leaves an interaction on another side of the door (: Checked. Once I also heard an interaction with the door – captured – nothing, took a picture from another side of the door… Boom! There was an interaction (:

And what about that "Abilities used" very interesting thing in the stats of the match. Because I was sitting in Sunny Meadows about 50 minutes, trying to beat this 24x trophy challenge… And? During those 50 minutes any used abilities. Any. It was Yurei also. Maybe just a bug in the stats.
