Phasmophobia, but it's not a banshee

Thought it was a banshee because we had around 60% average sanity and the insta-hunt.
Apparently, it wasn’t.

4 May 2021: Yes, I am aware that there’s a closet in the room, I certainly hide in them now as the ghosts are much more dangerous today than they were back in November 2020.

Some clarification: Demons and banshees are able to ignore the less than 50% sanity required to initiate a hunt (however, a demon can hunt normally at 65% or less average sanity).
If a banshee uses it’s ability on the target player, it can begin a hunt regardless of the average sanity.

  1. Ghost behaviors can really, really mess with context clues. I actually like that they don't always follow their suggested behavior. You can have an aggressive Shade, or a timid Demon, a Phantom that doesn't show itself, so it's not always granted.

  2. Some notes:
-This was done in November 2020, ghost couldn't hear during hunts at this time.
-I thought only wraiths could walk through doors (had two times where the ghost did that and it was a wraith. This was the first time this happened with another ghost type)
    -I do hide in closets/lockers now 😛
-I was unaware of the 65% sanity rule with demons at this time, which is why I assumed it was a banshee (and the insta-hunt).
-About using in-game voice: We do when we feel like it. Even if we don't, that doesn't stop our dogs, that bark at air molecules that move, from barking while we're hiding, thus causing the ghost to rip open the locker/closet we're in. It's happened to us a couple of times already 🙂
