micrphone is set up, the test heard me but my teammates cant hear me but I can hear them? when I press b i hear the radio click but not for v. either way I still cant be heard

When I hear game volume, it doesnt pick up my mic, when I have no game volume due to some kind of glitch, it says we heard you. I have a turtle beach 700 stealth btw

I turned off my push to talk but no one can hear me… I turn it on no one can hear me… Then randomly they start to hear me! But THEN I CANT HEAR THEM. This has been going on the entire time HELP ME
