From what I've tested correct me if I'm wrong but here is the sanity checkless for if a ghost can hunt. Mare: (lights on) less than 40% Mare: (lights off) less than 65% Demon: less than 65% Banshee: N/A very rare but a banshee if has access to target and is aggressive can hunt at any sanity. Every other ghost: less than 50%
Ps: I've been hunted in literally 30 seconds of entering by a banshee so be careful. (Again this happened once and I've had quite a lot of banshee but even then some have hunted at high sanity.)

I would love to see more "can you guess the ghost videos"! it sure was fun watching you calmly and im new to this channel! I only watches some clips of people getting scared is funny, but watching you calmly and investigating ALONEE was much much more fun and i was able to watch it till the end! i dont play this game and im only watching videos of it… but im learning a lot of the game because of you! love the videos and this is my type of channel!

Nightmare didn't come from the word mare tho.It was just a coincidence that the word mare meant adult female horse.
