  1. My advise is to enter the house with a UV Light, Photo Camera, and Camcorder.

The combination is perfect when you first start your investigation, because typically you'll encounter doors opening right away. Having the UV light is perfect to look for fingerprints as soon as you hear the ghost opening doors.

Using the Camcorder you can scan for ghost orbs as you work your way to the breaker box, and then if you encounter bones, cursed objects, fingerprints, or a ghost event you've got your Photo Camera on you.

  2. My tip: You can generally cross off Hantu, Revenant, Raiju and Twins by checking speeds during hunt. If it's normal speed, it's none of these ghosts. If it's fast, it's one of these, or a mimic. To test speed: Hide, listen to the footsteps. Though if it's extremely slow, it's most likely a revenant.

Jinn is iffy with it's speed, generally works only on larger maps as the ability is hard to decipher based on footsteps in a smaller map.

  3. My tip would be to start by grabbing the emf, flashlight, and photo cam. Then look for the bone somewhere in the house and the cursed object if there is one. Then use the emf to find the ghost room. Also, start on tangle wood and eventually when you feel comfortable move to willow. And look for the hiding spots when you first walk in too so you know where to hide if the ghost starts hunting.

  4. Play training until your desensitized to being around the ghost. You'll know what all the evidence looks like when it gives it off, and you won't be startled by ghost activity. Keeping calm under pressure is crucial to success in Phasmophobia, and I see more players dying from panicking than anything else.

  5. I would happy if they will add high tech glass that can use for nightvision and temp vision it means they the ghost.spectator and players heat like what reptile sees and also night vision for orbs.

  6. Advice I'd give to new players:
    Read the patch notes!
Stay quite and listen for objects being moved and thrown.
Close doors when you leave a room. Ghosts are more likely to open doors, and can be difficult to find if the player leaves ALL of them open.
GTG! When a ghost starts hunting, run to a hiding spot and stay quiet! Turn off your equipment or press G to throw your currently held equipment on the ground (you can not turn off photo cameras or video cameras) and press T to turn off your flashlight! Try to avoid scrolling through your inventory. Even if you turned off your flashlight with T, switching to it in your main hand can potentially turn it back on automatically, and the ghost can easily find you if you're holding active equipment!
