That first door you hid behind Bere. If you close it while looking straight down and pin yourself against the wall the ghost can’t see you. You have 4 points on your body that the ghost can see. Ghost will follow you in if they can see that. But not if you pin yourself against the back of the door and wall.
I think you forgot to put the EMF 5 on the book.

You guys should check out State Of Decay 2 and Prison Architect. State Of Decay 2 is a goal-oriented zombie apocalypse game where you kill off hordes and secure safezones, and get rid of plague hearts, and you secure bases and what not, the game has a lot of good mechanics, and it can be played multiplayer with no issues. Prison Architect is basically an architect sim based on the building of a prison and it goes really in-depth. (mapping out sectors of your prison, creating a regime for your prisoners, managing reform sessions, etc.) Prison Arc has a multiplayer mode to it too where you can collaborate on the building of your prison together, but the online mode is pretty wonky so it may just work well as a solo series. Anyways, just a suggestion!
