This Ghost Had NO GHOST ROOM! – Phasmophobia [LVL 5296]

Welcome back to Phasmophobia! In this video I face one of the hardest ghosts I have ever seen. This ghost had no ghost room! It was literally all over the house. Upstairs, downstairs, left, right, EVERYWHERE. Ghosts like these pushes even the most seasoned professional ghost hunter to their limits! I really hope you enjoy this video as much as I did! Much love and see you during the streams 😀

  1. Had a Rev like that, and on Asylum to boot. 130hr play at that point and nothing like it before or since – completely wild, all over the map, upstairs and down, no consistency. I suspect it might have glitched in some way?? Idk enough (anything really) about programming etc. But regardless it was good fun and sort of extra terrifying nonetheless.

  2. Lately the game is filled with extremely roamy and 'no-evidence' ghosts.

I play with my friends, we've been playing for months, couple hundreds of levels, watching all the channels with this game so we pretty much know every tactic, strategy and things like that there is to know at this moment.

One of our craziest game: Bleasdale Farmhouse. The ghost was hallway upstairs, though it was also everywhere. We spent over an hour on this game, we played to the point where literally all the equipment was in the house, van completely empty. The single evidence we could gather was Fingerprints. We all slowly died until I was the last one alive (something that never really happens). It kept spawning everywhere, catching us by surprise. Downstairs, upstairs, each bedroom, bathrooms, attic, even the downstairs kitchen?!?! We tried any trick to get the evidence, we tried to get side-evidence to figure out the ghost that way, we tested out it's speed, sounds, behavior, sanity percent hunt, absolutely everything in the book and we literally couldn't find anything other than fingerprints. Absolutely nightmare, I ended up leaving after I started getting hunted as soon as i entered the house / got close to it's 'room'.

How we died one by one: First we figured out it's the upstairs hallway. Hunt started, we ran downstairs to go to the garage lockers. It was right downstairs, killed one of us. Next hunt, we're deeper in the hallway, figured it's around the stairs that go near the entrance. Hunt started, went to hide in the attic, it was in the attic. We kept searching around, a lot of activity was happening in the side bathroom, sensors going wild, hunt stars, we try to run downstairs again to the garage, it spawns in the bathroom night next to the stairs, we smudge it but somehow it doesn't have any effect and it kills the last one. I kept trying to go upstairs, get to the van, get new evidence but every time i'd enter the house again or i'd get close to the stairs, it'd start hunting again. Did this for a straight 10 minutes when I decided to leave, it wasn't worth it.

  3. Me and my friend had this issue on this map TWICE today and then I had it again on a solo run. Just couldn’t pinpoint the room. It was a bit annoying. Freezing temps in garage. Ghost event upstairs etc.

I’ve taken to asking the ghost where it’s room as as opposed to where it is because then it just tells me where it’s roaming 😅

  4. I had one last night too on tangle wood because my team had gotten DOTS and EMF 5 in the utility room but the coldest room was in the Nursery and the ghost seemed to be doing everything everywhere

  5. I had one like this. Freezing temps in one room, and ghost orbs in the basement. Ghost was opening doors everywhere and I had just guessed the whole house was its room. Apparently got 1 min and 26 secs in the actual ghost room in a 45 min match with it lmao. Same map

  6. I had a ghost like this on Asylum of all places. We heard noise, found fingies and motion sensor trips in the lobby just outside the van, but the ghost kept moving all over that upper floor. It was really confusing and difficult to get evidence

  7. This map is the worst for Paramic. Everytime we play on this map with the Paramic it will read downstairs when the ghost is upstairs, or read upstairs when the sound is downstairs. It's frustrating every time.

  8. I've had ghosts like this on Ridgeview. I think Edgefield too.

Especially feel your pain with the "spawn in basement even tho they're occupying a totally different room" thing. Horrifying shit to discover.

  9. This was the roamiest ghost I've EVER seen. It was literally everywhere in the house, holy crap. Almost felt like a new ghost type in itself, a ghost with the strength of no set room and constantly roams, but with perhaps a weakness of constantly giving interactions as a result; either by easily giving evidence, messing with interactable items, or being more easy to pick up with Paramic. Almost like an opposite Goryo! Heh.

Also, while it wasn't shown in this video, I did watch the stream where this vid came from; and can I just say, thanks for making such great content that, as you said at the start, can be fun to either watch intently, or have to the side while doing something else. With you, I absolutely love having your videos in Picture-in-Picture mode while I play my favorite MMO and doing stuff that doesn't need much focus; you help amplify the entertainment I have daily!

Thank you for all the content you make, Insym, and I hope to keep watching you for much time to come!

  10. I played a game with my friend on edgefield. We knew the ghost was on the second floor but it opened the door to the bathroom. We put DOTS and EMF in there and it was EMF 2 constantly IN there but when I checked the temps, it was 17º. WHAT?? The ghost room ISN'T THERE even though there was door openings and non-stoping EMF 2 near the DOTS in there.

Later we got hunted and I hid in a locker and my friend died believing he was getting away from the ghost. The fact that he died turning to the wrong corner, facing the ghost, is what made me find the ACTUAL ghost room. That game was super nuts.

Oh, and by the way: I took the video camera ANYWHERE in the fake area and we concluded it was a no-orbs ghost. When I found the actual ghost room and put the DOTS and the camera there, there actually was ghost orbs in there.

  11. I wish the devs could see the behind the scenes code for what is happening here specifically because this type of ghost would be really fun to have included. A pesky ghost that fucks with you all the time. On top of that, maybe include a small chance that the ghost straight up lies to you on the Ouija board.

  12. I'm not gonna lie, wether this is intentional or not, I do like those kind of things cause it makes the game more unpredictable, especially since this is not always the case. However, it's really pointing out that the Devs slowly exclude amateur players. Most of my friends quit the game cause even on intermediate they kept dying like flies and amateur simply doesn't provide enough money to cover up when they loe their equipment. If they would finally focus on the difficulty system.

  13. Yesterday me and my friend didn't have a idea where the ghost room was so we asked the ouija board and it said kitchen after that we didn't find any evidence in the kitchen so we asked again and suddenly the ghost was is the garage I have no idea why this happened so can anyone explain

  14. Me and my friend had a ghost somewhat like that yesterday we were at I think ridgeview road house and the ghost manifested in the basement so we moved all the equipment down there and saw ghost orbs, however my friend died at the entrance of the house because the ghost spawn there. So then I asked the Ouija board where the ghosts favorite room was and it was in the foyer. We were like what the heck? Ghost orb in the basement but the ghost favorite room was at the entrance.

  15. Insym, I'm of the firm belief that Edgefield ghosts are straight up cursed, especially if they're supposed to be basement ghosts. My girlfriend and I had 2 hantus in the basement prior to this update – we know it was basement because of ghost orbs, but we could never figure out where the stupid things were. We'd have books in the basement, it wouldn't write in them, but it'd write at the TOP of the stairs. These hantus were super aggro too, but would start hunting in the basement. At one point, it ended up hunting right on top of me, somehow avoiding both of my crucifixes, but I managed to hide in the locker before it started seeing anything. We also had a phantom that had orbs down in the basement, but the FOYER was freezing and none of its activity was in the basement.

Our first really confusing ghost was a yurei on Bleasdale. We could never figure out the ghost room. It had been super active upstairs and we had freezing in the upstairs hallway, so we set up motion sensors there as well as on the staircases…NOTHING. One of us even hid out in the garage to bait a hunt to see if it would wander through any of the sensors. Again, nothing. I think at one point we went up to the second floor until it hunted and FINALLY got it to come out of the attic with the hunt, but then it went back up and that was it. It's like it just went up and decided it was right cozy up there.

Looking at it…literally all of those have been ghost orb ghosts (within the versions that they occurred anyway)…maybe they're weird like that

  16. I had this exact thing with a freezing ghost on Ridgeview! There was only slight freezing on the ground floor, right in front of the stairwell. We asked the board where the ghost was when it had just touched an object in the car bedroom and it said foyer. A hunt started soon after and it started hunting upstairs in the master bedroom?! That ghost was absolutely crazy. I feel like the stairwell can now be the ghost room, causing the ghost to roam massively.

  17. I love how you’re just now experiencing the bs ghosts xD I have been dealing with them since launch. My team has died so much because we narrow it down to a room. Are collecting evidence. The ghost hunts, we run to hide and one runs into the ghost who spawned on the opposite side of the house xD

  18. me and a group of friends had a very similar ghost on Bleasedale, we would split up and all of us would get evidence around the same time at different places in the house. we are all between lvl 300 and 800. and after about an hour on just that one game, we found out it was a psychotic shade. ( it was psycho because as a shade, it was acting like an oni even when we were all near the ghost as a group.)

  19. I don't really have a roaming ghost story, but I do have a story for this house! The ghost was big butcher man and he was a basement ghost. We were trying to figure out the last piece of evidence and we had ruled out freezing temperatures because we couldn't see our breath in the basement. We were looking everywhere for an EMF 5 or ghost orbs. Nothing. For AGES. It took two sacrifices to the ghost for one of my friends to use the thermometer and there were freezing temps! But not in the basement. The freezing temperatures were ONLY at the doorway at the top of the stairs to the basement. There were not any in the hallway with the laundry room and the bathroom, the kitchen, the foyer, garage, nor the stairs themselves. Was hella weird and frustrating.
