I'm gonna be honest with you man, I am not a fan of these video titles that try to compare the game you're playing with Phasmophobia.
This actually seems a lot scarier, Phantasmophia is a stepping stone in this genre.

This legit freaked me out, and I love these types of games. The ending of this vid made me drop phone lol, good job IGP imma have to check this out.
Hard disagree with the title. The scares in this came are phenomenal, and I love some of the equipment. The game has immense potential. But the lighting bug when you go through the front door is pretty bad, the exorcism steps are very repetitive and gets boring quick, and the game just isn’t fully polished. Phasmo was rough early on too though, and Ghost Investigation Inc is odd at times still. My main reason for disagreeing is that every game in the genre — including Obsideo, Forewarned, etc. — brings its own unique experience and charm, and none of them are inherently better. I see a lot of people calling games like these Phasmo clones or ripoffs and I feel like it’s insulting to the developers.

Phasmaphobia got way to hard in my opinion like a few updates back they just made all the ghosts super aggressive and it's not really fun anymore so if there's something new I might try it
This game seems way more promising than Phasmo, but lets not forget Phasmophobia started basically a whole new trend of ghost games, it walked so games like this could run. The voice recognition is really good in this.

A cheap phasmo ripoff without much polish and worse visuals, but a GOOD cheap phasmo ripoff without much polish and worse visuals. Could be a good independent game someday. The menu looks like dogshit though, way worse than phasmo's original even. Pictures look like they're from different artists, font is scrunched, spelling errors, etc. Lots of little bugs too, but a decent start. The scary scares are pretty good at least even if the models aren't quite there yet! I'd watch more for sure.
i'm saying this as I am assuming all of us love his reaction to everything in any horror game you've played.
There’s times where I step away from this channel for like a week or two, and then I come back and think to myself why the fuck did I stop watching this? Then I go on to binge all the videos I missed before the process repeats

I was wondering when you were going to check out this game! The jump scares in this game are amazing. So is the death animation. Whenever you've got the notion to play more ghost hunting games, may i recommend Obsidio (focuses heavily on ghost behavior/what they do to your surroundings) and Conrad Stephenson's Paranormal P.I. (more of a slow burner, try a round with and without the jumpscare sound; you will likely regret it lol)
