You know the Ouija said Bathroom and you were expecting the ghost from downstairs but remember that the bathroom downstairs the Ouija board said it as "Toilet"
I would love to have the board spawn 100% of the time. The way to balance it would be to add many more spawn points. So you know for sure there is a board on Tanglewood, but instead of only having to check 5 spots, you have to check like 20. And the hiding spots can be a lot more difficult to see. Like under the beds, behind a shelf, etc.

One time, this guy in a game with me LOVED the Ouija Board, he drained our sanity so much that we kept taking pills and there were none left. He purposely failed every question and asked it everything accept where it was. We kept trying to find the room while it chain hunting. It was a Mare though, not a rev
