  1. When John said "what who is that?" when the Mimic showed up was actually really scary. Can you imagine being in some spooky place then look over and see your friend but both of them are already next to you.

  2. So the big difference between this game and Phasmophobia is the way the ghost works.

    Like Phasmophobia, the ghost (Mejai) has two modes, "spirit" and "physical". However, the Mejai can attack you in either of these modes; it's just that the physical one is more dangerous. Also, once you get the relic or run out of time, the Mejai goes into permanent physical mode.

    The time limit starts when you turn the lever to enter the tomb and is: 10 mins Normal, 6 mins 30 seconds Hard, 4 minutes Brutal. There is no time limit on Easy.

    Each Mejai is different and must be fought in a different way. There are currently four Mejai in the game and their traits in hunt mode are:

    RATHOS THE DAMNED: Nearly-silent mummy with excellent vision. He homes in on the person holding the relic. He is reluctant to hit people holding torches. If you bully him with torches too much he will scream, put them all out, and sprint. He is not affected by a player-aligned mummy's distractions.

    DEKAN THE LOST: Beastman creature. Loud footsteps, bad eyesight, great hearing; running players are louder than walking. It hears both local and global voice chat. At close range it can also hear camera clicks.

    OUPHRIS THE FORGOTTEN: Each player sees Ouphris as one of the other players, wandering around with the headlight on and nothing else. Two real players will see Ouphris as two different allies, and Ouphris never turns off the light. If he spots a player, he will follow them for 30~60 seconds, then start whistling. If you do not use the Amulet at that time, he will kill whoever he is whistling at.

    NECREPH THE SHADOW: Always knows where every player is. Teleports close to a player every few seconds. Attacks light sources, including camera flashes.

    Dead players can either continue to help their team or kill them for self-benefit.
